I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York, Westchester County with 16 years of experience in treating a variety of problems and disorders, including Depression, Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Couples and Family work and various types of traumas. I have advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Imago Relationship Therapy, and Heart Centered Hypnotherapy. Kay has worked in the prison system as well as with victims of 9/11.

I am a caring and effective therapist who has helped many individuals with long histories of hospitalizations and other maladaptive, behaviors, turn their lives around.
